Terms of Service

Volka is an AI image and video generation service. You pick a look or write a prompt, optionally upload reference photos, and Volka renders images or video clips using third-party AI models. Generations are paid for with credits attached to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Volka is not intended for minors, and we will close accounts that we reasonably believe belong to anyone under 18.

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password private, use accurate signup details, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person per account; do not share or sell access.

Credits are prepaid usage of the service, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are consumed when a generation runs. If a generation fails on our side, the credits it used are automatically refunded to your balance.

Free credits (signup bonuses, referral rewards, promotions) are a courtesy and may be adjusted or expired with notice.

Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through Stripe. When creator payments go live, fan payments to creators will also run through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current billing period.

You own the images and videos you generate on Volka, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-assisted output. You also keep ownership of anything you upload.

When you publish content on Volka (for example to your public profile or the discover feed), you grant Volka a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. You can end this license for a given piece of content by unpublishing or deleting it.

Volka may not be used to create or share:

• Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors.
• Content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent, including deepfakes and impersonation.
• Illegal content, or sexually explicit content that violates our content policies.
• Content intended to harass, defraud, or mislead, including fake documents or disinformation.

We review reports and use automated safeguards. Violations lead to content removal and can lead to immediate account termination without refund. Where the law requires it, we report violations to the relevant authorities.

Creators can offer paid content and receive payments from fans. Volka keeps a 15% platform fee on fan payments; the remainder is paid out to the creator through Stripe. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for making sure everything they sell complies with these terms.

AI models are probabilistic. Outputs can be inaccurate, contain artifacts, or resemble other people's outputs or existing works, because different users with similar prompts can get similar results. Volka provides generations as-is, without any warranty of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Review outputs yourself before using them commercially.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings, which removes your profile and content on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Unused paid credits on a terminated-for-violation account are forfeited; if we discontinue the service entirely we will give reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Volka is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Volka in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Volka after a change means you accept the updated terms.
