Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address, name, and password (stored hashed, never readable by us).
• Content: photos you upload, the prompts you write, and the images and videos you generate.
• Usage: credit balance and spend, generation history, and basic logs (timestamps, errors) needed to keep the service working.

We use this data for one thing: providing the service. That means running your generations, keeping your library and credit balance accurate, sending account emails like confirmations and receipts, and fixing problems when something breaks.

We do not use your uploaded photos or your generations to train AI models. Not ours, not anyone else's. Your images exist to be rendered and stored for you, nothing more.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Running Volka involves a small set of processors, each receiving only what their job requires:

• Supabase hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
• OpenAI, fal, and Higgsfield receive your prompt and reference images to run a generation, then return the result. Generation requests are processed under their API terms, which exclude training on API data.
• Stripe handles payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Vercel hosts the application itself.

Your uploads and generations are stored in your account library until you delete them or delete your account. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for debugging and security, then discarded. When you delete content, it is removed from active storage promptly and from backups on their normal rotation cycle.

Your library shows everything you have uploaded and generated, and you can download or delete any of it at any time. Deleting your account from account settings removes your profile, content, and personal data. If you need help exercising a data right, or want a copy of your data, email us and we will handle it.

Volka uses cookies only to keep you signed in (your authentication session). There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Volka is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete accounts and data we discover belong to minors. See our Terms of Service for the full eligibility rules.
