To provide services, generate AI content, improve security, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing
Uploaded content may be processed using Volka systems and trusted third-party AI providers solely to provide requested services.
5. AI Training
Unless you expressly opt in, uploaded content is not used to train foundation AI models.
6. Security
Commercially reasonable safeguards are implemented, but no storage or transmission system is completely secure.
7. Legal Requests
Volka may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, warrant, or other valid legal process.
