1. Who this applies to

You received a secure invitation from a VOLKA Spicy creator to authorize an AI digital twin. You are not required to buy a subscription or create a paid VOLKA account. This notice supplements the general VOLKA Privacy Policy.
2. What we collect and why
Your legal name as shown on identity documentation, email address, agreement choices, signature evidence, verification result/reference, document version, invitation and creator identifiers, timestamps, audit/security data and communications. A specialist provider may collect government ID/passport and live facial verification information to establish identity and prevent impersonation. VOLKA should minimize receipt/storage of raw ID and biometric templates. Your verified email is used to send the executed agreement and important rights notices, not promotional marketing without proper permission.
3. What creator can see
The creator can see your agreement name, signed PDF, duration, authorization status and expiry, and permitted creation status. The creator must not be given your raw passport/ID images, biometric templates or other sensitive verification files. Agreement parties necessarily see each other's names.
4. Processing, security and retention
Information is used to verify consent, create the digital twin, secure the service, deliver your agreement, investigate misuse and meet legal requirements. Generated media is retained under applicable subscription/library rules; signed authorization and consent evidence may be retained separately for a documented legally justified period. Raw identity/biometric data follows a narrower vendor-specific schedule and applicable biometric/privacy rules. Encryption, access controls and audit logs protect records; no system guarantees absolute security.
5. Your rights and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, and report unauthorized likeness use or ask for authorization withdrawal by contacting support@volkacreative.com. VOLKA may verify your identity and limit future generations promptly when warranted. Some records may remain to meet legal duties or defend claims. Separate creator-model compensation disputes should be raised with the creator; platform safety and legal complaints may be submitted directly to VOLKA.
6. Cross-border processing and contact
