What's the free trial?

Every new account gets 5 free generations, no card required. Once you've used them, pick a plan to keep using the templates, your characters, and the editing tools.

How do credits work?

Every render draws from your balance. A standard image is 20 credits, a photo-edit look or combine is 25, an upscale 5, background removal 2, and a video clip is 100 to 150 - the exact price is printed on each template before you generate.

Can I add more credits?

Yes. Subscribers can buy one-time credit packs ($9 for 500, $24 for 1,500, $69 for 5,000) whenever a campaign runs hot. Pack credits never expire; plan credits refresh each month when your subscription renews.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel from your billing settings. You keep access and your remaining credits until the end of the paid period.

What models power the renders?

Volka runs on GPT Image 2 with Nano Banana Pro as an automatic fallback, Higgsfield Soul for AI characters, and Kling for video. You don't pick a model - each template is tuned to the right one.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits are refunded to your balance automatically and the failure shows up in your library with the reason, so nothing is lost to a bad render.
