VOLKA | Model Rights & Access Requests

If you have received a VOLKA Digital Likeness Agreement, it identifies the creator requesting permission, the scope of permitted AI-generated content, and the dates during which new content may be created. The agreement may also permit continued use of lawfully created content after the creation period ends, subject to applicable law and your rights. Please keep a copy of your signed agreement.

For compensation, royalties, work arrangements, or other private commercial commitments, contact the creator named in your agreement. VOLKA provides the technical service for invitations, identity verification, digital agreements and AI generation and is not a party to separate payment agreements between creators and models.

If you believe your face or likeness was used without authorization, you wish to request revocation or removal, you have a safety concern, or you want to exercise privacy rights, you can contact VOLKA directly. You do not need the creator's permission to submit a report. We may ask for your agreement ID and information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant material. We may suspend further generations, investigate, revoke access or remove content when appropriate or required by law. We will review requests under applicable law and our policies.

Do not send unrequested passport scans or sensitive identity documents in ordinary email; support will provide a secure method if additional verification is needed. VOLKA does not guarantee a particular outcome for private creator-model disputes, but this statement does not limit legally protected rights or VOLKA's own responsibilities.
